When I walked into their home I was greeted warmly by the family. It was still a weird time, January 2021. Neither one of us had done much outside the home so I came fully masked and distanced as much as possible. Usually I am very hands hand during newborn shoots. I love to help pose, hold and sometime snuggle babies but I tried really hard to keep my distance this time to be safe. Luckily dad was an awesome helper!
My favorite part was our mini breastfeeding session in Calvin’s nursery. Mom is a big fan of normalizing breastfeeding and I am so grateful she let me share pictures. She is even a certified lactation consultant CLC and an Registered Dietician Nutritionalist RDN specializing in intuative eating and anti diet especially for breastfeeding mothers. How cool is that!
